With the beginning of the new academic session, 2018-19, I take this opportunity of welcoming my students, colleagues and co-workers. I solicit everybody’s co-operation and goodwill for a happy, memorable and glorious year for the institution. Let Swami Vivekananda shower his blessings on all of us.
NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEMES
N.S.S or National Service Scheme is chalked out by the Govt. of India and meant for the recreation of a new India with the active participation of the young India. The college units of N.S.S acts as a knowledge bridge in between the college and the village. It is meant Socially Useful Productive Works and Nation Building Programmes of any kind. In our college, there are four N.S.S units- Three for Boys and One for Girls. Our volunteers- activists sincerely conduct different Nation Building Programmes and Socially Useful Productive Work in the nearby villages. Its motto is ‘NOT ME BUT YOU’

I convey all my heartfelt gratitude and congratulate all the stakeholders, i.e. Management, students, alumni, neighborhood-community, academic and administrative members of staff , sister organizations, industries, NGOs in general and Prof. Sankar Prasad Nayak, Coordinator, NAAC, in particular for their ardent support and best possible co-operation which enabled the institution not only to undergo NAAC’s Cycle-1, Accreditation and Assessment successfully but also bagged a much covetous ‘B’ Grade by securing 2.03 points on CGPA ratings.
